Stage 3 Compact Broken Drawbar Slider
Hey everyone, I currently have a stage 3 compact and unfortunately one of my organ drawbar sliders popped out. I'm having trouble getting it back in and want to see if anyone else has had this issue and knows how to put it back properly.

Re: Stage 3 Compact Broken Drawbar Slider
Are you talking about the entire slider that's inside the unit, or just the plastic cap on the end? If it's just the plastic cap, here's a section of the video of the manufacturing process of an Electro that shows the process. The assembler is using a tool and appears to be using a bit of force to push the cap down. I would expect that it's similar to the NS3 but can't be sure. I would send a support request through Nord asking them, then they will forward it to Pablo who can give you specific instructions.
Just wondering, how did it come off?

Re: Stage 3 Compact Broken Drawbar Slider
Thanks for the video. On that clip it looks like there is a metal rod sticking out from the board and the plastic cap is all that is being installed. For me, the plastic cap and the metal rod came out. The back side of the rod does not look damaged, but there might be damage on the inside of the slider board. I can still move the slider with a foreign object and the board registers the movement correctly, but I can’t get the metal rod and cap to latch on correctly. As for how I did this, my keyboard tipped over in my car (I’m lucky this is the only damage). I have since purchased a nice gator hard case.

Ouch. Sounds like it's something that probably requires the board to be opened up to fix. Yes, definitely send the support request through Nord, but it might be worth it to call your dealer first. Good luck!
