Piano + EP + Synth : NOOB QUESTION

Hello!
I currently own a Roland RD-2000 which allows layering of up to 4 different tones. My favorite sound is a 3x combo of a muted jazz piano, modern EP and muted strings/PAD. I am interested in the NS3 88 but would like to know if this combo is possible to achieve since the NS3 seems to only allow one piano/EP engine?

You can do 2x Piano/EP, 2x Synth (Strings/pad for example) and 2x organ (with same organ type) with 2 slots (A / B ).

You can double 2 pianos from the piano section and another 2 pianos from the synth section.

I’m pretty sure you can use two different organ models on the Stage 3.

The Stage 2 was limited to two of the same type of organ.

You asked if you could layer a muted jazz piano, modern EP and muted strings/PAD. The acoustic piano and EP sounds would both use piano sounds on the Nord Stage 3. The strings/PAD would probably use a sample sound (this would not use a piano sound). As an FYI, none of the flavors of the Nord Electro could do what you seek. The only Nord I would consider, if I were in your shoes, would be the Nord Stage 3, because it has more split flexibility.
