NE3 - vx and farf issue

I am having trouble getting sound out of my vox and farfisa organ models on my old NE3, as demonstrated in the attached YouTube video. All three organ models have been working perfectly up until a month or so ago, where the sound suddenly disappeared. Has anyone had similar experiences with this and is this a common problem? If so, is it possible to repair it? Thank you.

What happens when you change the registration?

Do you have a swell pedal attached (at minimum volume you will hear a little B3 but none off the others).
