After update ...sample/synth/piano play problem

Hi

After uptading to 2.0...N3 compact

All the programs containing samples , synth/piano don't play the higest E !!!
Only the organ does...
Could you confirm ...?

I have the HA88 (which works on all keys) so it must be a compact related problem only - hopefully someone else can confirm?

However, if there is dust in the key contacts, this is a possible symptom. Is the organ working both in high and low trigger mode?

Problem came back...

No sound from higher E from all the programs ( except organ...)
Reload the update whith no success ...:- )

Is the organ set to „high trigger“ in the system menu? If yes, it uses a different trigger contact than the pianos and synths.

Set it to „low“ and see if it triggers then. If it doesn’t, you know that there is an issue with the low trigger on that key. I’d presume that it’s dirt or dust, since it disappears and then comes back, but I obviously don’t know for sure.
