Not being a sax player, I probably have described my request using the wrong description.
I have been through all the samples I have but cannot find one that has the "punch" I am looking for.
The mp3 is an extract from the song where the sax part sits.
Any help appreciated.

That is a really hard sound to recreate. I sampled a few notes from the Logic sounds - you may be able to play around in the Nord sample editor and get something serviceable using this. I started on a D and went chromatically up to a C, which covers the range in your clip.
Maybe trim the beginnings of the notes, do some looping?
