ADDING SAMPLE MEMORY (crazy idea)

Hi to all NORDIC Race!!!

Having a crazy idea to add extra sample memory into NS3.

Its just a theory though.

Is it possible to solder bigger sample memory CHIP into the Nord products.? like 2 gig?
(I know it sounds stupid and i would not recommend to anybody to practice it but in theory does it involve system update etc?

Even if there would be more memory, your Nord would likely not be able to use it. The OS has to be designed to allow adding memory, and unlike PC's etc -- where the OS needs to support many different configurations dynamically -- the Nord OS only runs on one configuration, and thus don't need that capability. It is not the same OS between devices.

So unless Nord adds the capability to dynamically configure memory, it's very likely not going to work. And remember, it's not just one CPU that does all of the work; there are multiple units of computation involved, and some probably have more or less hard-wired setups around them.
