On some programs (where there is a rhodes or other type), which I manage with iPad(the App Set List maker that send MSB,LSB and PC), when I change the song I always put the first Piano of factory (Royals 3d) even if I set and saved the Program with a clavinet or epiano

Do you have the latest OS? There was some issue long ago that introduced some change in the piano categories, I wonder if it has to do with that. It was fixed shortly after.

Ah, NE6.... I got confused with your signature that says NS2.
Another stab in the dark: Did you check if the MIDI PrChg is constructed correctly? (e.g. using a midi monitor program to see what is really coming out of the set list maker).
