Nord Wave with mono guitar pedals?

Post by richardpolarbear »

HI, I'm a newbie to this forum and although I've done a quick search and not come up with any answers to my query I apologise if this has been covered already.

I'm sitting here with my Wave speculatively eyeing up several guitar pedals including and MXR EQ and a EHX Compressor, both of these are mono in stereo out. I know that the Wave sounds stereo out and not mono is there any way I can get the pedals to work well with the Wave. I don't know whether I could use just one output of the wave or a Y cable of two mono - 1 stereo jack. At the moment I'm successfully using a Kaoss Pad, Boss DD500, Timeline, Big Sky and a Pigtronix Infinity (all stereo inputs and outputs).

Any advice would be gratefully received.

Cheers.

I completely agree with the H9 - this thing is my goto pedal for many synths, mono or stereo.
