A1 keyboard issue
Sometimes, when playing staccato, keys won't trigger, when i press the same key again, it triggers. It happens maybe 1 out of 50-100 key hits. Very annoying, it's not the sound/program settings or sound engine, since it never happens over MIDI, it seems like it has to do with the processing of the keyboard signals. I have tried to contact Nord technical support three times (months ago), but haven't gotten any reply, very dissappointed actually.
Is there anyone else having the same problem?
Any ideas?

Re: A1 keyboard issue
I made a video, showing the error. The "key clicks" you hear are mechanical sounds from the keyboard itself.

Re: A1 keyboard issue
Weird...
Does it only happen when pressing this deep "E"? Does it also happen with any other sound, too?

Re: A1 keyboard issue
If you unplug your MIDI, does this still happen? I also experienced my A1R unexpectedly silencing shortly after selecting a new performance, but it only ever happened when there was a DAW in the equation. I could not recreate the problem when MIDI was unplugged, or the DAW wasn't running - despite the fact that there was no obvious MIDI loop occurring, or note-off messages being sent. Testing without MIDI would at least allow you to rule out one or two things.

I have also noticed "unexpectedly silencing shortly after selecting a new performance" - especially if I have Nord Sound Manager Active on my MacBook - but that is because of sync between A1 and Sound Manager when changing programs. This is something else - Is there two MIDI cables connected in your demo? Does the same error happen when you take out all MIDI cables? - In case it does - there is something seriously wrong with your unit... Are you running the latest OS 1.34?

Oh, good point! Yes, it probably was also running in the background, even though I wasn't using it. When I was using the DAW, I was also using that... Thank you.NoDirection wrote:I have also noticed "unexpectedly silencing shortly after selecting a new performance" - especially if I have Nord Sound Manager Active on my MacBook - but that is because of sync between A1 and Sound Manager when changing programs.
