I wonder if the drawbars are driven, or whether it's merely a hammond impersonator.

I am interested in a C2, but I would rather have some preset keys/buttons and the ability to use sampled organs (mellotron organs/harmoniums) than have drawbars.

Having spent many years playing jazz organ on full console hammonds, I don't get what all the fuss is about with drawbars.

I do get the whole preset keys thing.

I wonder if a lot of other organists agree.

I imagine I'll be waiting for the C3.

I imagine you'll be waiting forever, actually. They were going to call the C2 the C3 but changed their minds after a call from Hammond's lawyers, I believe... New organ looks sweet - beginning of the end for the red signature colour schemes?
