Better sounding brass section. A combination of Tenor, Alto Sax and a trumpet with a more full, realistic sound. I use horn sounds on tunes for some Joe Cocker and Mad Dogs And Englishmens' covers.

I'd also like to see a better (across the keyboard and pedal down) sounding Wurlitzer.

Have you checked out the new Sontina Orchestra samples just recently posted? They add new brass sounds, that might be what you are looking for...

I wondered what the Optigan was (never seen one, the Nord site has some samples) and found out this page which might interest you:
http://optigan.com/info/optigan/the-virtual-optigan/

The download has a bunch of .au files which could be loaded in audacity and converted to 16bit wav to create your own nsmp files.

Update: the sound quality of those samples is just awful

Audacity is free open source, available for several OSs and really good (you *have* to try it).
http://audacity.sourceforge.net/
There are many plugins for it too. http://audacity.sourceforge.net/download/plugins
Just open the au files with it and export as WAV 16 bit.
You then add those wave files in the sample manager and position in the keys you want (there are some tutorials in the Nord site). It is relatively simple to use.
That being said, the Optigan samples are really noisy, so I am not sure that they are what you are after, but it would be fun to try.
