okay, can this be achieved someway:
lets say theres a "sound setup 1", meaning a split between string lower and piano upper -> I sustain both sounds with pedal then change to "sound setup 2" where I have another split like synth sound lower and organ upper. As I change to it, previous split sounds keep on playing, until I release the sustain pedal and continue to play on the next split?
like making these splits with zones and assigning them to panel slots 1 and 2.

Yes, easy to do and execute, at least with stage 2.
