Yes, both synthesizers have firmware 1.34.
I don’t remember what happened when I bought it, I didn’t even pay attention when I turned it on
but judging by the fact that the synthesizer was released in 2016, the firmware most likely from the factory was already 1.34.

and also I don't know if this firmware can be updated again and again? I would like to put 1.32. for trial, but it is nowhere to be found and no one can send the old version, they wrote to the distributor, and it turned out to be not among them either)
If anyone has, share and will it get up at all on v.4.5?

I|m not sure, never tried to update the A1 since it allready runs on OS1.34. Maybe DJKeys is right in his assumption?

I was able to obtain the OS1.32 for Windows, by editing the link address:
https://www.nordkeyboards.com/sites/def ... Update.zip

Didn't manage to do the same with the DMG for mac, nor sure why.

Why do you want to put an older FW version on the unit? There are a number of good fixes in 1.34:

v1.34 (2015-10-07)
Fixed a bug in the Delay clear function.
Modulating Osc Ctrl in mode "Snc" could cause audio pops. Fixed.
Update pitch bend when adjusting range.
Improved BP filter at high frequencies.
Fixed bug where the name from the last loaded performance was given to a performance made from patch buffers using a mode switch by pressing Copy + Performance, then storing.
Pulse sub waveform mixed with formant wavetables did not behave as expected. Fixed.
Filters LP M and LP TB could produce strange sounds at frequency set to zero and playing at very low pitch. Fixed.

I don’t want to change the firmware version, but I want to understand if it’s normal that for some the connection is not lost during the update, while for others it is lost via USB before downloading the firmware
errors about which I indicated at the beginning of the question and attached screenshots)
because this is my personal test, which I will double-check today)
and so yes ... 1.34. everything works fine for me, the only question is the discrepancy between the actions that the distributors sent me in their video and how the process goes for me)

In general, the result is the following
My Nord received both firmware 1.32 and 1.34 - everything is fine!
The process of losing usb occurs at the beginning and at the end due to the fact that the synthesizer itself goes into reboot before updating, since the synthesizer is completely turned off and the port on it also goes into shutdown! This is exactly what we see in the update window at this moment ... (loss of device)
Everything works, everything is fine))
For understanding, I raised the topic and we figured it out together and people in the future were not afraid and did not think that everything should be as indicated on the screenshots on the site during installation! (This is what I myself relied on)
most likely it is version 4.5. behaves. the opinion that the Company has made amendments that they are not required to report.
thanks to all!
I have win 7 x64 pro
I am attaching the firmware update files and visual action

How can I instantly revert to the original state after processing each preset on my A1?

I apologize if this is a basic question.
I'm looking for a way to instantly recall the original sound after editing each preset on the A1's panel.
If I want to edit a sound and then go back to the original, is the only way to do it by turning the program knob one notch to the left and then back to the right?

Yes (to my knowledge)

Yes and if what you need is ot A/B changes then you can use 2 copies of the same program stored in 2 adjacent programs, so you can switch between them (original/modified) easily while you do your changes (of course ensuring you store the modified one before every switch back to the original).

Thank you for your information, well noted.
on the other hand, I wondering about A1 output level smallness.
Although full setting main volume and output, compare with other machine A1 output level is small.
Follow the other forum information, I plugged headphone out instead of 1-2 or 3-4. it is bit better i feel.
is there setting menu about whole output?
