If I remember well, the brackets (and screws) have changed between Monitor V1 and V2. Maybe, you didn't get the Monitors V2 but the older ones? But even then the general distributor of your country should be able to help out in some way.

I had the same problem. 2 of the bracket screws fit, the other two are too short... I now built a shelf over my piano and don't use the brackets anymore, but it seems to really be a general problem, not a wrong pack for my monitors... anyawy, if you need to mount, just get two long screws and washers from the hardware

There should be 6 total screws for the Nord Monitors. The 4 longer screws attached the brackets to the keyboard, and the 2 shorter screws attach the monitors to the brackets.

this came from a guy at the UK Nord distributor. I had the same problem:
"I have run this past Nord H/O and I think I have got to the bottom of this:
The first batches of Nord Piano 4 came out before Nord had redesigned the Monitor brackets to the current v2. The original Monitors used M5 bolts so the holes in the early Piano 4s were M5. The v2 Brackets were changed to M6 bolts instead. That is why the bolts you received in your Monitor Brackets kit do not fit because they would be V2 Monitors with M6 bolts and you must have an early Piano 4 with M5 holes.

The UK Nord distributor also wanted to add.... If you have the early model, they can help you out - as they did for me. They are sending out four correct bolts that fit my older Nord Piano.... THEY ARE STARS and I very much appreciate their early problem solving...! and very quickly came to the rescue... basically, if you have the same problem (as some of you do), contact the Nord Distributor for your country and it get resolved!! I have the same issue with the mounting knobs, but opposite. I have the new Nord Stage 4 and I bought a used pair of Monitors. My mounting knobs are thinner than the holes, the bolts slides right through. The original mounting kit for sale included 8 knobs, 4 thin ones and 4 thicker ones. The monitors I bought originally came from a Nord Piano 4.
If you guys want to trade knobs, I'd be down. I'm from L.A. California. Message me.

Same issue: all six mounting knobs are equal (M6), where four of them should be an M5.
The seller has no solution, only for me to the return the monitors. That sucks, because I really want these.
What's the latest on this subject? How did people get this solved?
