Re: SUPERSTITONS BRASS DONE
Hi guys,
I have these brass samples and think they're great. However I'd quite like to boost the FP sample a little overall, I've read that you can't edit an nsmp file is there a way to get hold of these original samples to tweak and maybe even make a medley of the different articulations for easy access in a riff etc? like one octave doit, one fall etc
I'm on an electro6

Re: SUPERSTITONS BRASS DONE
Hi, that is right, the nsmp cannot be edited. You could resample the sound with a computer and Audacity or similar program and make a new nsmp file with the Nord Sample Editor.
Re: SUPERSTITONS BRASS DONE
Our band does Superstition and this was a really well done patch. One question...I did load the samples above 250 BY THE WAY and the program works but how is it set up? left hand is Clav and the upper right hand has the two horn samples loaded but the volume is turned off on both. (unless I turn them up to listen) Did you use a morph or something to toggle between the individual horn section you wanted to play live?

Re: SUPERSTITONS BRASS DONE
Hello, for the program I posted, the level for each synth section is morphed to the control pedal to bring them up in the mix as needed. I use the control pedal quite often, it's well worth the investment. I hope this helps, take care.ttsing4u wrote:Our band does Superstition and this was a really well done patch.
