Re: Combining several WAV files into one sample - possible?

Hi, the reason I was asking is because I have to combine two different WAV files into one to create a new sound. I thought it is possible in the sample editor to combine these two for the same keyboard range, but obviously not so the only way is to use a 3rd party wave editor to achieve this, and then create a sample from the new, combined WAV file. No problem, just one additional step. Thanks for the clarification

same question for me, with Sample Editor, could I load a series of layer wav files per note? the reason I ask, I'm looking at creating pipe organ setups using particular stop lists as sample layers. Could this be done or would I need to merge wav files in Audacity, etc for a particular voice?
