The pitch bend range is fixed to +/- 2 semitones. It's been like this on all Nords with benders, as far as I know. So you cannot change it.

The manual can be your friend in many of these cases; it can be helpful to read through it one quiet evening :-)

Well, technically the manual doesn't tell you how to do it because it is not possible -- and thus not mentioned :-)

But you are of course right that it COULD have been said that the range is fixed to +/- two semitones :-)

On the NS3, though, I think there's a way to morph so you can use the mod wheel to bend the pitch further.

Yes, you can "morph-bend" the synth in some configurations.

Are you sure....? 8-)

PSTICK AND SUSTPED

PSTICK (Shift + Octave Shift left/down button) turns on pitch stick functionality for the synth, in which case the Synth sound can be bent 2 semitones up and down, using the pitch stick.

and the same equivalent text is found in all other sections.

No, it's only like this on Nord Stage. You can fixed the range to +/- 12 or 24 (or more on G2) on the other Nord products (Wave, Lead, G2)

It would be a great update on NS3...

Actual synth: Nord Modular G2 - Nord Stage 3 73 - Virus Ti2 - Peak - Prophet 6
Before: Nord Lead 3 & 4, Stage 1&2, Wave, Virus C, DSI Tetra, P12, and few others...

Thanks; I stand corrected (never having owned one of the synths; just played loaners) :-)

@baekgard (or anyone else) could you elaborate on how you might use the wheel to morph bend further than two semi-tones? I have a synth patch where I hit the note 5 or 6 times in a staccato pattern while using the pitch stick to bend down, which creates a great effect. However, I would love to get further down the scale, and i was disappointed, as a new NS3 owner, that I could not adjust the pitch stick parameter.

Thanks in advance for taking the time to respond,
Ryan
