Nord Stage 3 - hammond B3 Sound

It does NOT sound good at all in this software version compared to the Stage 2 EX. I really really hope they can fix this. It doesn’t sound like the C2D either. I’m having regrets.

Nord is a serious compagny. I think they are going to release a real C2d version of organ in a next os.

Please, EVERYONE voice your complaints to Nord, so they will make the B3 Sound like C2D which the engine is supposed to be based on. I have sent in a support sheet, but haven’t heard back on anything related to an answer yet. Strength in numbers!!

I’m at a loss because the NS3 is my first Nord. I have nothing to compare it to.

But if it doesn’t sound like the C2D then it seems like there’s a problem.

Well, coming from Nord stage 2, (not ex) i have to say it´s better, but not as good as i remember the C2D or NE5 to be.
It´s a little bit "meh" in my opinion.

I didn't have my Stage2 ex compact for more that a month last year, but my ears remember a better sound than my Hammond SK1 had.
My Stage3 compact B3 sound is not as good as the Stage 2 ex was, especially the C3 chorus, it's weak and doesn't have that shimmer that the "2" had.
Overall just a non-ballsy sound. Hope that Nord does address this in a not to future OS update. The close mic'd 122 on the Stage 2 ex was much better than the "3".
