The bug sheet is a nice initiative and will help Clavia to find all bugs into a single document and future NS3 owners
will be able to see if the bugs they have is a new one or one already sent to Clavia.
Thanks everyone!!!

Sorry, little off-topic but related to this: I have been long time asking Clavia for a single continuous pedal. To me it's very irritating that you can either have triple pedal or single on-off pedal. In latter case, which comes with Stages purchase you cannot have dynamic pedal behavior or pedal noises. In other words, your Stage comes with lacking very important features. Ok, then you need to buy triple pedal. Problem with it (besides the reasonably high price) is that it has quite large footprint. I'd really like to have more room for my other pedals. In gig situation I just use sustain and I practically never use those other two. If I am forced to have those other two pedals there, it would be great to have at least a chance to control some features with them. It's probably lot to ask, but it would be great if you could program different functions or CC-messages to them. In this current state these two pedals are quite useless to me.maxpiano wrote:I am not sure that connection a non compatible pedal (continuous sustain) can be called strictly a "bug", even if actually doing the same on NS2 would not freeze the boot...baekgaard wrote:Same here, also just reproduced the error. I've added it to the bugsheet and will forward again to Nord... I've added the two of you to the bugsheet, and also used some of the wording above in the bugreport.
I would really like a single (continous) pedal that would work with the Nord! I've been wondering if I could make some kind of contraption that would convert the signal levels from a DP-10, but I'm not sure how well it would work. Needs a little additional analysis, I think.Ecaroh wrote: To sum my view: Clavia should make either a continuos single pedal (which comes with Stages pianos) or expand usability of triple pedal.
i've noticed this too the other day, but didn't have time to investigate it. Now I did, and it's easy to reproduce: Play a simple sine wave from the synth, route it though the effects 2 section and select the chorus 1 effect (at amount 0). Alternating the effect on and off, you can easily hear the difference in levels.cvbtec1960 wrote:I was playing around with my NS3 Compact and found out that when I switch on the Chorus 1 or 2 effect the sound level drops quit a lot.
I measured it with my Fluke289 and the drop is about 3dB. In the low area the drop is even larger with about 4dB. I don't know if my ns2 ex had the same behaviour.
The thing is, that you need to turn up the volume when using the chorus and the low drop cuts the warmth of the sound.
