due to increased RAM usage I upgraded recently to a more powerful server and while the move went smoothly, I still need to do some upgrades and database/code cleaning.
Therefore, I will have to take the forum offline for 2 hours, on Saturday afternoon Oct, 15th; 13:00-15:00 GMT (4:00am-6:00am PDT).
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the members who donated to support this forum, it really helps to keep things running!
On a side note, if you find this forum helpful and are anyhow buying gear online, you can use the links on the front page or link page - this way a small contribution is paid by the retailers to pay the bills!
Also, I updated the gallery in order to allow to integrate the photos into posts. This way, your image attachments are more visible even some time after posting. In particular, if you want to share some images of your gear or live action!! Together with the Downloads section, I hope to keep the relevant and interesting docs and images from getting burried over time in the forums.
If you experience problems or find problems in the overall performance of this forum, please PM or post them so I can have a look at it. While the page loading time is now back to <2 seconds, it is hard to tell whether this is the case for everyone, so I appreciate your feedback!!
