Problem with Swell B Switch
This weekend my C2D would not allow me to engage the Swell/Drawbar B selector switch. It keeps kicking back to the A selector. I have set it up at my house and the problem persists. I can hold the B selector down and the B works but as soon as I lift my finger off it kicks back to A. Any suggestions would be most appreciated. I have 1 week until my next gig!

Re: Problem with Swell B Switch
For the record: patting myself on the back here. I correctly diagnosed the problem on first go and Tom has already fixed it.
Our emailed conversation:
PABLO: The symptoms you report are very curious. I wonder whether perhaps there is another preset or drawbar button which is stuck in a down position which is causing this...? Please poke around among the rest of those preset/drawbar buttons for that manual to see whether perhaps this is the case.
TOM: Thanks for the quick response! I tried your suggestion and guess what - it worked! I went ahead and used some dusting air to help clean things up a bit.
PABLO: GREAT! Yes, a stuck button will appear to the Nord's brains as if the musician is intentionally pressing that button. When you press the button YOU want it may/will make the associated change, but immediately upon releasing that button, the command being issued from the other stuck button will again assert itself.
Yet another happy ending!

PS -- Tom, you used to own a Wave...have you sold it?
