Organ Sound with 32 Key Bass Pedal ?

I put 32 Key Bass which start from C2 (-1 Octave) as lowest Key.
With hauptwerk, C2D with 32 Key Bass Pedal works perfect as Midi controller.

However, at most case of organ preset and live of C2D itself, these low one octave couldn't make NORMAL voice.
I would like to know what is the problem?

I just guess;
- Maybe it needs some additional configuration at Nord C2D ?
- Nord organ sound library couldn't support these lower Octave?

The lowest note that the C2D sees is C0, not C-1.
