I find that the fast speed of the leslie is to high. It would be nice that it could be changed in the midi settings. For example a knob (controller) with a choice let's say 1 to 10).
I hope that this will be possible in a next update.
Maybe the uptade could be a feature that when you press "SHIFT" and "SPEED" button, it would show in the menu the speed number of the fast speed, like every time you press both, it will add 1, and could be 1 to 5, and coming back to 1 after the 5.
I guess it is easier to add this update.

Done!
Yes, I know that work but, I like the slow leslie, not stop, and to use the wheel I would need to not pull it all the way to keep the slow leslie, so it would be a slow down for my left hand, so for me, it is a bit slow than just pressing the button.
For me I would prefer an adjustment for the button instead of using the wheel.
Right now I use the wheel for the last 4 bars to fill all together.

I would love for the separate VA waves not to be split in different 'choices'. Hard to describe, but anyway, now you have the choice of for instance either splitting the wave into two interval-tuned oscillators, or mangling with the pulse width. I would loooove to be able to set the tuning, then work on the pulse width. I suspect Nord's fear is that this would cut into synth sales and unfortunately, I suspect they're right.

Talking of leslie speeds, it would be good to have the drum on slow/fast (as it always is) and then selectable speeds for the horn, just like a leslie pulley setup.

When playing the organ in split mode, so upper for melody and lower for the chords, as I always do and I think most of us, it should be very nice to add bas to the lower but of course in that way that the bass is set to monofoon and will trigger only the lowest note of the chord.
In this way the overall sound becomes much more heavy and rich.
In the Hammond xk3, which I had before the N2, this was possible.
I hope that this feature will be added in the next update.

Protip: Leslie speed is Morphable via the mod wheel. My NS2 (v1.30) doesn't seem to do the mod-wheel-while-holding-button trick.
I really want to have the Leslie on for one slot and off for another. Tomas (Nord's product manager) said they would consider it, but it might not be possible because of how the routing works internally, which I can understand, but still it would be nice for certain situations.

Hallo,
in my opinion it have to be the possibility to use the pedals and controllers (switch in the NS) in the DUAL KB Mode with slot B. For example slot A with An Organ on the NS2 with Organ swell, the external key on slot B with an piano and the sustainpedal activated... and all pedals are connected only with the NS2. Without this option, the Dual KB Mode is sensless - I don´t need an Organ and a piano if I can´t use sustain! A possibility to choose this setting in the systemmenue would be great

The Nord Stage 2 is great. But maybe the 500mb piano section is not enough, because of the high quality piano sounds Clavia will publish in the future.
Ow yes and my ordinairy pedal sounds like a rubber duck.
But The NS2 is still great!

Very happy with my new Nord Stage 2 (traded my EX-88) but annoyed with the Leslie-speed, both in slow and fast mode too fast and I dislike the option of a Morph function of the wheel. Please let us choose our own default speed for slow and fast (the speed on the EX88 was perfect).
Kind regards,
George
