Nord Rack 2x Sequecer playback and Midi Keyboard together

Subject says it all. Can I play a sequence from my DAW and jam over it on my midi masterkeyboard with the rack 2x.
I have searched BTW.

Yes you can, but you will have to find a way of merging the output of the DAW with the output of your master keyboard to do it.

If your master keyboard is used to input MIDI data into your DAW, then the DAW itself should be able to do this. Generally speaking you would play the recorded sequence from your DAW into the Rack on one MIDI channel, while you would assign your master keyboard to an unused MIDI track set to a different MIDI channel. Actually, using this method you could playback three separate MIDI sequences into your Rack at the same time while jamming on your master keyboard.

If you don't use your master keyboard with your DAW, then you would need to buy a MIDI merge box to merge the output of your DAW with the output of your master keyboard.
