Repair Centers in NC

Post by tdwilson58 »

I'm seriously considering buying a Stage 2, but I want to make sure I can get it serviced if I need to. And I'm unable to find a list of authorized service centers. The Nord site doesn't have anything listed, and I don't want to be left out in the cold if I ever need a repair. The closest thing I've found so far is in Nashville, which is 9 hours away.

Is there a list of authorized repair centers in North Carolina anywhere? Do any current owners have trouble getting service?

Thanks,

Tom

Pablo,
Reading that a repair center is in Shallotte, NC excites me, as it is 30 minutes from my house. What's the name of the place?

one option could be using a local guitar center and buying their pro coverage.. It'll cost you a little extra but then you are covered for accidents / spills etc too if you buy new..

Where is the repair center in Raleigh? I need a non sounding key fixed. Thanks for your help. Is there a link to all NC Nord authorized repair centers?

Thanks in advanced,
Steve

Hi Jennifer,

welcome to the NUF!

The post you are answering to is 9+ years old, so things like support centers might have changed since then - also Pablo has left a couple of years ago and might not answer at all anymore. Official contact for Nord support is the Nord master distributor in each country - this is American Music & Sound for the U.S.

You can find all of the Nord master distributors including contact details here: https://www.nordkeyboards.com/distributors/

I suggest you contact them and ask for the service center nearest to you, who can help with the problem of your NS3 after you turned off the circuit breaker while your NS3 was on (saw your other thread about that)
