I've had the pleasure of meeting Pablo at NAMM a few times. It's obvious he's very passionate and dedicated to his work and support with Nord keyboards. They are VERY lucky to have him.

I've never met him, but from what I've seen, I couldn't agree more. He's a one-man masterclass in patience and understanding.

I had a key go out on my Electro 4D the day before a gig. Pablo talked me through the repair steps over the phone while out to dinner with his wife. Cleaning the key contact was somewhat involved as it required disassembly of the E4D, but together we fixed the key. He was knowledgeable, patient, easy to talk too, and extremely pleasant. Encountering such competence and dedication has been unusual in my life experiences. Pablo's amazing!
I have managed the Tech Support departments in two companies for the last 15 years, and I can tell you from my experience in the Networking industry and my direct dealings with Pablo, that he is the quintessential support person. He is patient, knowledgeable, and also diplomatic. He gets to know his clients well, and can always adapt to their level of knowledge and calmly resolve any issue with Nord Equpment.
