Here's a drumkit sampled from my old Motif, in case it's useful to anyone. I was playing around with a theory that I could use the arpeggiator to play rythms, but while it's 'kindof' possible, it's not useful
However, control them from a midi sequence and it may be useful (or play them live if you have the drumming skills that I lack!)
I have many more kits including various acoustic (jazz, latin, brushes, etc.) and electronic (TR808, 909 etc.) , and may upload them as .nsmp if there's any interest.
EDIT: I removed this sample file as it was bad - all the volume levels were wrong for each drum, and it had no velocity control. See below for updated version

Sure, but it will have to be just a run through of all the sounds, as I can't play drums for toffee! I think I saw a brilliant YouTube video from one of the forum members doing freestyle drumming on the NS2 - (it looked just like that) was it PabloMastodon maybe? anyway - it was pretty awesome so I would be ashamed to try.
I'll try and upload tomorrow, perhaps with a new kit or two if I have time.
The sets sound great and get a nice noticeable live character with a little velocity based filtering. The only problem is that the open hihat is not terminated by the closed HH, so the sets are not playable live. Is it possible to remove the hihats from the sets and put the in separate sets? Then the hihat set could be played separately monophonically and the close hihat would end the open hihat.
