Nej! No! Ikke!
The same with my Leads; NL2X & NLA1.
All the Leads have different interior = different parameters to edit.
But some Nords can share samples, but not programs; Wave, Stage2, Piano2, Electro3&4 ...

Welcome to forum! There are a great many custom sounds in this forum. These are mostly in the form of samples, though. If you are asking about public posting of users' custom NL4 programs, there has not been much (any?) of that going on so far, but perhaps this will eventually begin to happen over time.

There's a post titled "2 patches for the Nord Lead 4" lurking somewhere in the Lead/Rack forum.
Both patches are pads, which is something the NL4 seems to be seriously lacking a good amount of at the moment.
