Nord Stage 2 / Mainstage
Is it possible to take a sample created with the ES2 synthesizer in Logic Pro X and load it onto the nord as a sample? I just got a nord yesterday and am curious to know if such a thing is possible. Thank you!

Re: Nord Stage 2 / Mainstage
Create wav files of some notes and use the sample editor to produce a nsmp file. Relatively easy to do.

Re: Nord Stage 2 / Mainstage
1. You play amd record a couple of individual notes on the ES2 track in Logic-
2. You bounce that track to an audio file.
3. You import that audio file into the Nord Sample Editor.
4. You chop that audio file apart for the individual notes and assign them to the appropriate keys, with the Editor interpolating in between.
5. You load the resulting .nsmp sound into the Stage using the Nord Sound Manager.
If any of those steps should prove confusing, please consult the manuals for the software. There are YouTube guides to using the Sample Editor, as well.
Folks here can help you out if you're really stuck, too, of course.
