What's the best stand for ND2/Nord Pad

I'm about to order my Nord Drum 2 and Nord Pad. I have a couple of questions and hoping some folks may be able to help answer them.

1. Does the Nord Pad come with an Ethernet cable?
2. Do both the Nord Drum 2 and Pad come with all the required hardware to mount on a stand? Any particular/special type of stand needed?
3. Are the red drum sticks Vic Firth Nova Red? I didn't see any logos on the sticks in the Nord videos. I like the clean red style.

Thanks for the reply. I went ahead and ordered a Pearl C-790 stand, AX-25L, and AX-28. The store also had Vic Firth Nova Red drumsticks and a cheap ddrum stick bag, so I hooked myself up with those too.

I don't like painted sticks, they used to leave marks on hard surfaces, perhaps not on the nord pad.. or perhaps they also improved the paint by now - they would look excellent with the Nord Drum and Pad! -
