Please help! No sound coming out!

Hi guys!

I just bought my first Nord Lead 4 R and have spent a day trying to get any sound of it.
I know, sounds pretty lame.
Here's my setup:
I'm using Oxygen 8v2 connected via MIDI into NL 4R.
I have all 4 audio outputs connected into the back inputs of RME fireface 800.

There is MIDI coming from the keyboard as the MIDI light under master lever on NL4 is flashing when I press the keys.
I have managed earlier to get some sounds coming out from the headphones output but it was routed via Ableton in my iMac and that's all I got then.
Now I'm trying everything that's in the manual to get the sound to RME and then to my iMac via thunderbolt adaptor.

In NL4 control panel I set SYSTEM into A 12 ( still no sound even on headphones) and then try the other settings A34
A1-4 but still nothing comes out.
I'm guessing that maybe I need to save the chosen settings but if I press SHIFT and PERF MODE/EXECUTE / STORE this is going to program saving. Seems like I can't save the SYSTEM setting i.e slot A12,34 or 1-4.

I'm feeling quite desperate and extremely frustrated here.
I'd very much appreciated any help to get that red beautiful beast going.
I can only look at it hopelessly clicking buttons and reading the manual but nothing changes.

Congratulations on your new NL 4 (R) !

I'm glad you found the cause of whatever was causing the no sound issue. hehe... Hopefully ... It wasn't that the volume knob was turned down all the way
