nord lead 4 mod wheel stopped sending data?

Hey guys, I had everything working fine with logic, nl4 was sending all midi messages with local control off.
Now all the sudden, the mod wheel will not send data, unless I turn local control back on....
I know that I had to tuen the pitch stick on, to send midi out in system, But I cannot find an option in the manual to turn mod wheel on incase I did something by accident...
Do you guys know if I can turn the mod wheel back on to send data?
