Usually bad idea to attempt diagnosis long distance and sight unseen, but...
chances are very good that damage will be limited to power supply.

UK distributor is Sound Technology. Details below. You should speak to Ranko.
Chances are the fault is with the PSU, but as Pablo suggests, we can't be sure. Can we presume you've checked the fuse in both the plug and the internal fuse?
If you're happy to take your NL2 apart yourself if its out of guarantee (not a difficult job really), you'll be able to remove the PSU and send it to Ranko (much cheaper/less risky than sending your whole board). He'll confirm if it's the PSU.
