Transpose
In attempting to temporarily transpose the Nord Piano I have somehow managed to transpose it permanently. I've turned it on and off, but the whole keyboard is now 3 semitones sharp. Does anyone know how I get it back to normal? Thanks, Mac

Re: Transpose
Hi Macness and welcome to the forum:)
I think you need to hold the shift button while clicking the transpose button. That should clear it out. Though I don't own a Nord Piano, so I could be wrong.
Hope it helps.

Re: Transpose
There are two transpose settings. There is an instant one that will be saved with the program, and a global one in the System Menu, which will be added to the one activated in any of the programs. Try resetting the Global Transpose from the System Menu first and then go from there. From the Manual:
1 Press and hold the Transpose Set button.
2 Set the desired transposition by pressing the Up or Down buttons.
3 The display will indicate the transposition value.
The Active LED will be lit whenever a transpose value have been set.
This transposition will also affect the MIDI output from the Nord Piano.
In the System Menu, there is a global transpose that will affect all programs and all sounds in the Nord Piano, but not the MIDI output. Read more on this subject on page 16.
Global Transpose
This allows you to transpose the entire Nord Piano in semitone steps. Any setting you make here will be added to the panel transpose that may be saved with the programs.
Range: +/- 6 semitones (default = 0).
1 Press and hold the Transpose Set button.
2 Set the desired transposition by pressing the Up or Down buttons.

Re: Transpose
Thanks DJKeys.
Much appreciated. I still seem to fumble about, trying one thing after another. The manual is not very helpful, but you were. Thanks again, Mac
