Just curious if anyone has compared sound quality of the new Electro-Voice ZLX-12P 12 with the older Electro-Voice ELX112P model.
I believe the ELX112p is rated louder. But the ZLX-12P 12 is lighter.

Re: Electro-Voice ZLX-12P 12 vs ELX112P
I tried the Zlx next to my k10. It did sound good although the K10 was somewhat louder.
The dispersion of the ZLX seemed pretty good. I would buy one if I didn't already have a quality speaker(s).
It will not go quite as loud as you might need if you play with a very loud band.
Just my 2cents.
