User support needed UK - South West

Post by cldg51 »

Recently purchased a used Stage EX, and love playing it, but being IT challenged (must be my advancing years) I find setting up / moving / downloading and using the Sound Manager really challenging. Any users in the South West able to offer support / lessons etc. just need some pointers I think.
Would also like to midi another (unweighted) keyboard through this to use the drawbar sounds with an organ feel....but maybe I should take that at a later stage? I assume it is possible.
Great to find this forum though...spent hours reading.
Not sure what the protocol is for these things but I assume I can exchange my personal email adress, and then phone numbers if that feels ok?

You can leave your email address, but I changed it slightly in the hope of preventing lots of spam to that address. I'm sure people know what they'll need to change. ;)

Anyway, people can also send you a private message using the forum. If they do, you'll get an email notifying you of this and that email will contain a link you can click to read that message. Alternatively, you can also see your private messages in the pink-ish bar at the top of the screen, below the big red one. Right now it will probably say '0 new messages'. You can click on that text to go to your list of messages (old and new).

Have fun on the forum. If you can't find someone locally, I'm sure we can get you going via the forum.
