Well, I have no sounds for ELP, but in this videoyou can see he uses the Yamaha GX-1 so that should give you an idea of how to sound for the Fanfare for the Common Man.
For the Lucky Man, he probably used his Moog (either the Model D or his modular), and that sounds like a pretty basic lead sound, I think there is a preset on the NS2 similar to this, but you may not be able to put the same sweeps in the end of the song.
Sorry I can't give any more specifics, I do not have my NS2 with me at the moment.
