Yes of course 
2:46 FM lead 1-OP legatto, glade and vibrato aftertouch. You can assign vibrato to mod wheel.

Pretty much theremin type sound, or at least theremin derivative. Using theremin as a search term will generate several results, I think. The nature of that instrument and voice is such that a pure sample alone will not be capable of doing it justice. The additional sample processing capabilities found on Stage 2 and Wave will allow you to pull that off convincingly. Legato Mono Mode with glide set to taste does the trick. That's simply not possible on an Electro, however.
