Hello krto,
Billy Joel uses harmonica frequently in his recordings, however, in this song the sound is actually an accordion.
I think the Original Nord synth preset "Musynth" (by Åke Danielson) is quite close.
At 02:04 of this video, it shows the solo.

nice find, usually has more a Harmonica but the Accordian fits well! I like to play it from time to time.
The Musynth is not bad, but I adjusted a bit (see attached file) and recorded a small sample.
Alternatively you could use mate_stubb's great Accordion Patch (http://www.norduserforum.com/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=40). Also recorded a small similar sample.
