speakers and headset suddenly sounds muffled and "unclear"

Hello, I bought a Nord Piano 2, 6 months back and loved everything about it. The problem i have is that suddenly, the sound that comes from the speakers sound muffled. its hard to explain but Imagine how it would sound when pushing a pillow up against the speakers. That crystal clear sound that used to be is now poor and dimmed. its like listening to the piano from another room. the setting is exactly as I always had them and i have tried changing them up and down but its not the settings that seems to be the problem.. please help me so that i can continue playing. Does this problem affect the sample playback too? or just the piano sounds? Have you tried deleting the pianos and reinstalling them, or perhaps reinstalling different ones? You may want to make sure your OS is up to date as well, the latest version is 1.08. It may be a hardware issue, you might want to contact nord technical support as well.

If you have some headphones, try plugging those directly into your Nord. If the sound is still wrong, then there is a problem with the Nord. If it sounds ok, then the problem is likely elsewhere. What speakers are you using? I suspect you may have altered a setting, or have a problem, in your listening system. Can't be certain, but that's far more likely than the Nord developing a fault.
