Nord 1 won't save in manual mode

Hi all

I recently (4 days ago) purchased a nord lead rack 1 (expanded eprom2.2).

For some reason its not letting me save patches i have created whilst in manual mode (i had no issues doing this in the first 3 days).

I entre manual mode, press store, dial flashes, i use the arrows to find a slot to save, numbers flash, when i find place to save i press store (patches between 0-39), the patch won't save numbers just continue to flash.

Can any one advise?

perhaps faffing in the secret "pelle mode" has done some damage....

Don't have one of those, but in the NS2 there is a Memory Protect setting.

The NordLead has no Memory Protect...
Are you sure you are not in Performance mode before entering into Manual?
There is a flashing number showing in the display?

That's strange...
It isn't the button, because the first time the combination works.
What does the booting sequence tell you?
Hit power > 2.2 (2.7 is the latest, I believe) > E > rA > 1?
