Yes I agree. Never open it, if you want to use your warranty!

Although I would also ask the service to take care of this, specially when the instrument is so new, what is exactly this opening & losing the warranty about?
Is there a seal that is broken when you remove the screws or something like that?

if this had happened to me I would probably require a whole new flawless organ. It's brand new, such should not be repaired but replaced.

Happy ending!

Problem now solved thanks to good telephone support from Clavia. The problem was, as expected, two cables which had been mixed up inside the organ. Now they are in the right place and everythingnisnworling as it should, thanks everyone for your support and input!

I sold all ky B3 stuff almost 10 years ago and Ibhad notnplayed much the 10'years before that so it is not likely that I will become good enough for any youtube clips :) And I not have ny Leslie 760 anymore so Inan going for thenportable route as a start; a couple Yamaha Stagepas 500. That will have to do for now. Ibgot pretty fedbupnwithbcarrying havey staff many years ago :) Nevertheless, I am sure I will enjoy the C2D, thank you! And yes, I do have the pedals. I used to play pedals a lot, both the 1 octave ones on the P100 and T122, and the full pedals of the B3. And i really like the synt base on the Nord. Hammond had that on the smaller models but not on the B3. I missed that on the B3 so that is one point up for the C2D!

Welcome to the C2d community :)
I have C1/C2/C2d.
Full size midified a100 pedal board and two 1 1/2 octaves pedalboards.
And a number of Leslies.
My favorite one is a Motion Sound setup with pro3tm and Low Pro + a bass combo. Big sound in a small package.
Whereabouts in Sweden are you? (I'm in gbg)

Wow, Im surprised no one tested the organ before shipping!

Glad you got it solved! I've had mine for a week and can't get enough of the sound.

You don't have the "synth bass" on and the red light on above the pedal drawbars on? There are several settings which split the lower manual, playing either the pedal drawbars, synth bass, or in the pipe organ mode, either the pedal setting, or lowest-note-bass setting..
