Can't delete private messages

When I try to delete private messages they do not go away. (I can't delete the "sent" messages either).
The disappear from the current screen, but when going to the inbox or the sent box, they appear again.
Any ideas?

hmm that's weird. Just checked and it should work just fine from the permissions assigned. Anyhow I refreshed them, let me know if you can try it noiw and it works. If still, yould you send me a screenshot maybe?? thanks! Cheers, Johannes

Hi, no it still does not work.
I go to the User Control Panel. Click on Inbox or Outbox. I have one meassage in each.
I open the message and click on the Delete button (it asks if I want to delete and reply yes). No more message listed. But if I come back to the inbox the same message is there. So it does not delete them.
The same story if I mark them in the list and "delete all marked". They remain.
Same story in Firefox or Konqueror.

Since you are an admin, can you try to delete those 2 messages?

OK should be gone. But I tried with several PMs and permissions all worked, hopefully it works now.

I really tried many times. I could not get rid of those, and I have no idea what was wrong.

OK, good. Finally I found the reason why it could have caused you trouble (even though, it was working for me, but there was some incompatibility with a recent update of the software). Fixed it. Thanks for reporting it
