NS2 users with Yamaha FC7 pedal Please Help!
On my NS2 88 (OS 1.64), under system settings, CTRL pedal type, selecting "Yamaha FC7" and activating/rocking the FC7 pedal, it only goes from "0%-93%"...
Can anyone replicate this?
I tried bringing my SAME pedal to a store, using a REVISION B Stage 2 88 (OS 1.4) and the pedal worked, from 0-100%.
I wonder if this is a software update-related bug, or if there is something wrong with my keyboard. Thank you in advance.

Hello,
You could reinstall 1.4 on your NS2 and see if the pedal is working properly.

I thought about doing that. Where can I find the older OS? Thanks

Here is the OS version:
http://www.nordkeyboards.com/downloads/ ... 0v1.40.dmg
(Just tried using the same scheme, and apparently the deep links still work
)
With regard to your problem, however, I am pretty convinced it has nothing to do with the OS (nevertheless, try it to be 100% sure!).
A control pedal is really a pretty simple thing and the 94-100% difference is IIRC implemented purely "hardware"-wise on the FC-7 so my guess is like people already suggested that it is something with the small screw on the pedal, but I might be wrong, and would be happy to be proven wrong actually! Good luck!

Re: NS2 users with Yamaha FC7 pedal Please Help!
Sincere thanks. I will try the 1.40 and report results. I would agree that it was just the pedal but I did try the screw at the bottom, AND brought the pedal to a store with another NS2 ( where it worked properly!)...

...tried OS 1.40 and that did not fix it. Strange. Keyboard works fine otherwise...Anyone else with a Nord Stage 2 (NOT Revision B model - that might be the difference) with a Yamaha FC7?
