Hi all,
I just got my Nord Stage 4 and i'm trying to recreate the soundscape of blade runner 2049. Nord has a program for this for the Nord Wave 2: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vtDUfIM ... rt_radio=1 which sounds stunning.
Ofcouse the Wave 2 has a different architecture and 1 more synth layer so conversion is not possible, but does anyone have a preset like this or maybe willing to share some of the paramaters of this patch?

I take your thread to experiement with the synth-section of the NS4 (my second attempt for this cool movie - see: viewtopic.php?t=27060 )
Basically it's a mixture of different sawtooth-based sounds (PureSaw, ShapeSaw etc. with a little bit of RingMod, PWM, Drive etc. - all differently triggered/morphed by ModWheel or Aftertouch).
Put together in a split-layer:
lower zone: 2 instances of the synth with the described sawtooth-sounds
upper zone: another instance of the synth-section a little more bright filtered with much cathedral reverb...
Have fun - hope you like it (directly recorded in reaper with one take).
