Storing presets to program banks

Hi,
New to Nord and just trying to set up my NS4.
I'd like to take some presets and store them to empty program bank slots but it seems I can only store presets to preset locations, bank locations to bank locations, live to live.

Is there a way around this?

Welcome! On the Nord Stage 4, that behavior is by design — Preset, Program (Bank), and Live locations are separate memory areas and you can’t directly store a Preset into an empty Program slot.

Workaround:

Load the Preset you want.

Make any small edit (even toggling a parameter).

Press Store and choose a Program (Bank) location to save it there.

Once it’s edited, the keyboard treats it as a Program and allows storing to bank slots. This is the standard Nord workflow
