just downloaded sound manager(to load and delete piano samples) Ive tried watching you tube
but cant find a "simple show how" procedure
can any body help please

Remember to disable memory lock. Everything in this respect should work as it did on your NE5.
Maybe you didn't have the newest NSM yet - which now allows direct downloading of samples from Nord's web site to the instrument. But downloading from your computer's stored sample files to the instrument should work as before.
I don't see much need to delete pianos in the first place. Replacing one through another one that you want to test should do the trick. Just be in the right tab of the software to do so.
