Well, since this is the Nord Piano they could make the keyboard heavier so it's more like a piano.

If people are not comfortable with heavier touches they can always look at the synths Nord makes, which are also great and would still have the piano bank.

Make sense! I own a grand 2 which is supposed to be "Nord best" grand piano clone with the new kawai keybed action. To my opinion, it is still too light for being a good substitute instrument for practicing your piano technic. It offers an easy and enjoyable feeling for LIVE playing but it will not train your fingers for playing on a real acoustic piano. Otherwise, it is a great instrument for stage live playing.

Which is in line with it being a "stage" piano, not a "student" one, in general it is hard to find a digital piano that is good for practicing like an acoustic one, unless you go for models with an advanced real-piano-like keybed (like Kawai VPC1 or MP11 or high level home digital pianos), but the weight rises a lot and make them less portable (so not really "stage ready" unless you have a service helping you).

you clearly have not played on many acoustic pianos. Some have heavy actions (Steinway), some are medium (Yamaha), some are light (Knabe comes to mind).
