One Key not Working on Piano Programs Only (6D Electro)

I have a key that has suddenly stopped working on the piano programs. Organs and other programs are just fine. I recently did a full factory reset so Sound Manager will not do another one. I suspect it sees everything is up to date and only updates the program files. Also, I recently had an issue with an Onstage Sustain Pedal I'd been using. It was having an adverse effect on the organ programs. When I shut it off on the Organ programs everything went back to normal. I am still able to use the sustain pedal for the keyboard programs (sustain only) and am wondering if it was faulty enough to cause some mixup in the firmware/software routings (I used it pretty heavily in a live setting the other night). The other piece of info is that all this happened after I upgraded to OS 2.66. Does anyone have any insight?

If I has to guess, I'd say some piece of debris got lodged in that key's sensor. I would try turning the board at different angles and giving it a good thwack without damaging it, maybe you can dislodge it.

Failing that, watch a video on how to open it up and get to the key sensor to inspect it. Or take it to a tech if you have one nearby.
