No idea if the name changed, but certainly that service (Glitch) got shut down. I think, I even read about it some time ago but forgot about that in the meantime: announced in May, effected on July 8.
But there have arised multiple projects in the meantime, so ns4decode (Nord Stage 4 file viewer) from ns4decode still exists, but the Nord Stage program viewer by florence is offline.

Yes glitch was shutdown I had to change to another free hosting solution.
